REFUND POLICY AND CASES

Most of our clients are professional sellers on Amazon and are committed to ethics and integrity. It is in our interests to deliver the right quality and on time.

However, cases of claims are extremely rare, but they do occur. In this article, I will describe the procedure for refunds, depending on the situation.

Refund of the cost is made only in one case - when the client, for his own personal reasons, refuses our services even before the start of the project. In this case, we will issue a full refund, excluding 10% transaction costs. 90% of the paid amount will be returned to your account within 30 working days.

Refunds are not made when the project is fully completed. This statement is based on the fact that customers understand that in order to get the job done, we take all production costs on ourselves. And upon completion of the project, the return of these funds is not possible.

The client should be specific with his request and needs. To do this, we use an application form, preliminary sketches, and previews, a text conclusion with a description of the scope of work, and examples of images to complete. We also make a video session and discuss in detail each clause of the contract for the creation of pictures.

It should be understood that those cases when the client remained dissatisfied with our work appeared only when the client did not fully communicate his specific goals and needs.

Refunds are not made when the client remains dissatisfied with the delivered images in his opinion when the quality of the created images can only be assessed subjectively. In our work, we are guided by the accepted standards of the trading platform, experience, and our profile, as well as the study of the market for goods and graphic design with its trends and marketing objectives. I must note that there were only 2 such cases in 7 years of working with sellers around the world. Most of the clients are satisfied and have been working with us for many years.

We are not responsible for your account blocking, product issues, shipping issues, your seller ratings, or competitors in your niche. If the project is completed, but the circumstances described above have arisen, and your business has suffered difficulties or failure, no refund will be made.
